You agree by accepting this agreement that you are at least 16 years of age. Disclaimer - Social Cheap will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. Social Cheap makes no guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied, for the services we provide. Since Social Cheap uses the internet to deliver services, we cannot guarantee up-time or availability of our website.

CHANGE OF TERM

This Terms of Service is subject to change at any time. Notices of change will be considered given and effective on the date posted on our website. The changes made will become effective on the date they are posted on our website. No further notice by Social Cheap is required upon your continued use of our website or software.

REFUND POLICY

Since Social Cheap is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item on our site. However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply. Therefore, we DO honor requests for a refund on the following reasons:

NON-DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT

In some cases, the process times are slower, and it may take a little longer for your orders to finish. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our support department in writing within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise, the campaign will be considered completed.

PRODUCT NOT AS DESCRIBED

Such issues should be reported to our support department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided, proving that the purchased product is not as described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer's false expectations or wishes are not honored.

TERMS OF SERVICE VIRTUAL NUMBER

1. Payment for any service (website or app) is debited immediately upon purchase of a phone number.

2. You can use the received phone number only to receive SMS from the selected service, all the rest SMS from other services will be discarded.

3. The quantity of received SMS within the allotted time (5-30 minutes) is unlimited.

4. The payment is refunded, if you canceled the order or mark the order as banned

5. It is prohibited to use the services of the website for any illegal purposes, as well as not to take actions, detrimental to the Contractor and (or) the third parties.

6. The task of the website is to provide you with a virtual number and code. We are not responsible for the ban of registered accounts, since ban is affected by many factors. If you are not satisfied with the number, click on the 'Cancel' button.

In case of violating the terms of the Agreement by the Customer and also upon receiving information from the third parties on the violation of the terms of the Agreement by the Customer, the Contractor has the right to suspend, restrict or terminate the Customer's access to all or any of the sections of the website at any time for any reason or without explaining the reasons, with or without a prior notice, without being responsible for any harm that may be caused to the Customer by such an action. The Contractor reserves the right to delete the Customer's profile and/or suspend, restrict or terminate the Customer's access to any of the website sections if the Contractor finds out that, in his opinion, the Customer poses a threat to the website and/or its users. The Contractor is not responsible for the temporary blocking or deletion of information, carried out in accordance with these Rules, or the deletion of the Customer's personal page (termination of registration).
