REFUND POLICY
Social Cheap provides non-tangible digital services. Once an order has been completed and the service delivered, refunds are generally not issued. By purchasing any service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. However, refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances as outlined below.
NON-DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT
If an order is not delivered within the expected processing time, users should contact support for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 7 days from the order date. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
PRODUCT NOT AS DESCRIBED
If a purchased product differs materially from its description, the issue must be reported within 7 days of purchase. Users must provide clear evidence demonstrating that the product received does not match the description. Complaints based solely on personal expectations or preferences will not be accepted.
TERMS OF SERVICE — VIRTUAL NUMBER
- 1. Payment for virtual number services is charged immediately upon successful purchase.
- 2. Virtual numbers are provided for temporary SMS reception for communication, testing, and verification purposes. SMS messages from services other than the selected service may be automatically discarded.
- 3. The number of SMS messages received during the allocated session time (typically 5-30 minutes) is not limited.
- 4. Refunds may be issued if an order is canceled within the allowed session time or if the number fails to receive SMS due to service unavailability.
- 5. Users agree not to use the service for illegal activities, fraud, impersonation, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable laws or third-party platform policies.
- 6. Social Cheap provides temporary virtual numbers only and does not guarantee acceptance by any third-party service. Social Cheap is not responsible for account suspensions, bans, or restrictions imposed by external platforms.
- 7. Social Cheap reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service where abuse, suspicious activity, or violation of these terms is detected.
SERVICE CLASSIFICATION & ACCEPTABLE USE
Social Cheap operates as a digital services platform providing access to communication and marketing-related tools supplied by third-party providers. Social Cheap does not create, control, or guarantee outcomes from the use of these services. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with applicable laws and the terms of any third-party services they interact with. The platform must not be used to engage in fraudulent activity, impersonation, spam, abuse, or to bypass security or verification systems where prohibited. Social Cheap reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to services where misuse or policy violations are detected.
In case of violating the terms of the Agreement by the Customer and also upon receiving information from the third parties on the violation of the terms of the Agreement by the Customer, the Contractor has the right to suspend, restrict or terminate the Customer's access to all or any of the sections of the website at any time for any reason or without explaining the reasons, with or without a prior notice, without being responsible for any harm that may be caused to the Customer by such an action. The Contractor reserves the right to delete the Customer's profile and/or suspend, restrict or terminate the Customer's access to any of the website sections if the Contractor finds out that, in his opinion, the Customer poses a threat to the website and/or its users. The Contractor is not responsible for the temporary blocking or deletion of information, carried out in accordance with these Rules, or the deletion of the Customer's personal page (termination of registration).
