INTRODUCTION

The use of services provided by Social Cheap establishes an agreement to these terms. By registering or using these services, you agree that you have read and fully understood the following Terms of Service of this agreement.
GENERAL
By accessing or using Social Cheap, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this service. Social Cheap reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
REGISTRATION
By registering and using this service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the legal age required in your jurisdiction. Social Cheap shall not be responsible for any damages or losses incurred by you or your business through the use of our services. All services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Due to the nature of internet-based services, Social Cheap does not guarantee uninterrupted access, uptime, or availability.
CHANGE OF TERMS
These Terms of Service may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review the Terms regularly. By registering, signing in, or continuing to use the platform after changes are posted, you agree to the current Terms, including if you created your account under an earlier version.
REFUND POLICY
Social Cheap provides non-tangible digital services. Once an order has been completed and the service delivered, refunds are generally not issued. By purchasing any service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. However, refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances as outlined below.
NON-DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT
If an order is not delivered within the expected processing time, users should contact support for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 7 days from the order date. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
PRODUCT NOT AS DESCRIBED
If a purchased product differs materially from its description, the issue must be reported within 7 days of purchase. Users must provide clear evidence demonstrating that the product received does not match the description. Complaints based solely on personal expectations or preferences will not be accepted.
THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIER RULES
Services you purchase may be subject to additional rules imposed by the underlying fulfillment provider. Those rules are summarized in these Terms and in the service-specific sections below. We do not identify fulfillment partners to customers, but you remain bound to applicable restrictions including acceptable use, refund limits, session length, and geographic policies we enforce on the platform. Violating supplier rules or these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.
TERMS OF SERVICE: VIRTUAL NUMBERS
- 1. Payment for virtual number services is charged immediately upon successful purchase.
- 2. Virtual numbers are provided for temporary SMS reception for communication, testing, and verification purposes. SMS messages from services other than the selected service may be automatically discarded.
- 3. The number of SMS messages received during the allocated session time (typically 5-30 minutes) is not limited.
- 4. Refunds may be issued if an order is canceled within the allowed session time or if the number fails to receive SMS due to service unavailability.
- 5. Users agree not to use the service for illegal activities, fraud, impersonation, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable laws or third-party platform policies.
- 6. Social Cheap provides temporary virtual numbers only and does not guarantee acceptance by any third-party service. Social Cheap is not responsible for account suspensions, bans, or restrictions imposed by external platforms.
- 7. Virtual numbers are temporary. You do not own the number and it may stop working when the session ends or when the underlying provider retires it.
- 8. Social Cheap reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service where abuse, suspicious activity, or violation of these terms is detected.
- 9. Where required for compliance with upstream supply rules, we may restrict orders from certain regions. You represent that you are not using the service from a jurisdiction where we prohibit access.
DIGITAL ENGAGEMENT SERVICES
- 1. Digital engagement services are optional, dashboard-only offerings fulfilled by third parties. They may affect metrics such as followers, views, or likes on platforms you specify.
- 2. You are solely responsible for compliance with each social platform's policies and with applicable law. Platforms may remove content, limit reach, or suspend accounts. Social Cheap does not guarantee any outcome and is not liable for platform enforcement actions.
- 3. Orders are digital and are generally non-refundable once processing has started. Contact support before opening a payment dispute or chargeback.
- 4. Prohibited uses include spam, fraud, impersonation, harassment, inauthentic engagement where prohibited, and any attempt to manipulate systems you are not authorized to use.
SERVICE CLASSIFICATION & ACCEPTABLE USE
Social Cheap provides access to communication tools and optional digital engagement services supplied by third-party fulfillment partners. Social Cheap does not create, control, or guarantee outcomes. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use complies with applicable laws and with the policies of any platform or service they interact with. The platform must not be used for fraudulent activity, impersonation, spam, abuse, ban evasion, or to bypass security or verification systems where prohibited. Social Cheap reserves the right to restrict or terminate access where misuse or policy violations are detected.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Social Cheap, its operators, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your orders, content you submit, links or usernames you provide, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Social Cheap's total liability for any claim relating to the services shall not exceed the greater of the fees you paid to Social Cheap for the specific order giving rise to the claim or the total fees you paid to Social Cheap in the three (3) months before the event. Social Cheap is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, account bans, or lost data.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Contact support at support@socialcheap.shop before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We may use transaction records, order history, and delivery logs to respond to disputes. Abusive or fraudulent chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of wallet balance where permitted by law.
If you violate these Terms, or if we receive information from third parties that you have, SocialCheap may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or any part of the website at any time, with or without prior notice, and without liability for any harm that may result. SocialCheap may also delete your profile or restrict access if we believe you pose a threat to the website or its users. SocialCheap is not responsible for the temporary blocking or deletion of information carried out under these Terms, or for deletion of your personal page (termination of registration). If you believe your account was suspended in error, contact support at support@socialcheap.shop to request a review.
