Why can I pick different carriers?

Each app often has several SMS routes. On Global Server we list them side by side with delivery rate, stock, and price so you choose the route. If a code does not arrive, try another carrier or wait for an auto-refund when the timer expires.

Why didn't I get a verification code?

Accepted Answer

Most often the app blocks virtual numbers, sends a voice call instead of SMS, or the code is simply delayed. Wait a few minutes, try another operator or server, and read our in-app guide on the order page. If the timer expires with no SMS, your wallet is refunded automatically.
